Reserved Names

Introduction

The Delivery API uses some field names for certain properties and these names are reserved. In case any of these field names are used in a content type, then either the field is overridden or is not exposed in Delivery API response. The list of reserved field names are as follows:

  • name: Shows the document name
  • displayName: Shows the document display name
  • contentType: Shows the type of the document
  • id: Shows the id of the document
  • path: Used internally and is not exposed via Delivery API
  • identifier: Used internally and is not exposed via Delivery API
  • properties: Used internally and is not exposed via Delivery API
  • property: Used internally and is not exposed via Delivery API
  • locale: Used internally and is not exposed via Delivery API
