Known Issues

This page is meant to inform you of known issues that have been found in the Bloomreach Cloud platform, for which we are actively working on fixes.

These issues are considered low or medium severity and should not cause major outages.

You may encounter these errors or behaviors in your stack until the fixes are rolled out to all customer stacks, when we will remove the issues from this page.

Error creating email session

December 2nd, 2024

We have identified an issue with brXM v16 running on Bloomreach Cloud, which causes an error when creating an email session. We are working on a fix and will deploy it to all BRC customer stacks as soon as possible.

You may encounter the follow error in your logs:

Error creating email session: mail/Session

If you are using email sending functionality in your project, and running brXM v16 (or planning to upgrade to brXM v16), please be aware and submit a support ticket if you have any questions.
